What is this?

Please Note

All confirmation numbers issued by our system follow this pattern:

NCRABC123-456789

All confirmation numbers start with NCR and then are followed by a 3 letter property code.

The next 3 or 4 digits represent the date the reservation was made.

The last 6 digit number is dynamically generated by our server and is unique to each customer and property.

If you have some other type of confirmation number, then it is highly likely that you booked a room at another web site utilizing other reservation software and have confused the two systems or hotel properties.

Please contact the hotel directly to review your booking.
