From Toronto:

Exit the QEW at Highway 406 to Glendale Avenue.

From the Peace Bridge at Buffalo/Fort Erie:

Exit the QEW at Thorold Stone Road (through Welland Canal Tunnel) and follow signs for highway 406 St. Catharines and exit at Glendale Avenue.

From Niagara Falls:
