Celebrate the 42nd annual Canal Days Marine Heritage Festival with lots of fun activities and events from July 31 to Aug. 3, 2020 in Port Colborne. The Marine Heritage Festival, Canal Days is featuring youth entertainment programmes, bike race, fireworks, children's area and activities throughout the weekend at different venues.

Every year the Tall Ships gather for the celebration of heritage at the height of summer taking the entire city into festive mood. Thousands of people visit Port Colborne during Canal Days and celebrate with the marine community. Enjoy this summer, come to Port Colborne located at the Welland Canal and north of the Lake Erie for the four days grand festivity!

Festival guests can ride the free Canal Days shuttle to the West side indoor Craft Show. Festival food and shopping kiosks fill historic West Street, and the Market Square concert venue features top notch entertainment nightly.

Each year more than 400,000 people visit the festival over four days. 2019 Canal Days Marine Heritage Festival will feature celebratory fireworks which will light the night sky.

The celebration activities are held at different venues:

Killaly Street West and West Side Road	Ontario’s Largest outdoor Classic Car and International kite show.
The Seaway Park children’s area	Games, entertainment and kid’s activities.
Port Colborne Historical & Marine Museum	Displays the history of the Canal.
Roselawn Centre	Saturday offers Jazz on the Lawn, presented by Snider Dock Services Ltd.

Canal Days Fireworks:

Welcome to experience the Canal Days fireworks display along the Welland Canal. SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY, AUGUST 2, 2020 AT 10:00 PM. Fireworks are free to the general public.

Canal Days Entry Rules

• ID checks will take place at all entrances, tickets sales and or bar service areas.
• Those 19+ will be wristbanded.
• Bag checks will take place as well at all entrances.
• Guests may bring chairs into Market Square.
• Your donations are appreciated and accepted at the gate.
• Please Note: Pets not allowed.
